Question 1

How far in advance should I book shop opening decoration in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least five to seven days before your opening date. For Friday and weekend openings — the most commercially significant days for retail and restaurant launches in Dubai — book seven to ten days ahead. Same-day decoration is available subject to team availability but cannot guarantee brand-colour customisation.

Question 2

Can you match the balloon colours to our brand palette?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All packages are available in custom colour combinations. Provide your brand colour reference — Pantone, HEX, or a clear photograph of your brand materials — at the time of booking and we confirm the match before finalising your order.

Question 3

Do you install the decoration before we open for business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We coordinate the installation timing specifically so the setup is fully complete before your doors open. Early morning installation — before 8am — is available for businesses opening at standard retail trading hours. Confirm your required completion time at booking.

Question 4

Can you decorate a shop inside a Dubai mall?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subject to mall management approval. Different malls have different decoration permission requirements and restrictions on what can be affixed to walls, floors, or ceilings. We advise on the process and can work within most mall guidelines. Confirm the mall name and unit number at booking so we can assess any specific restrictions.

Question 5

How long does a shop opening balloon arch hold its shape?

Accepted Answer

Our balloon arches and gate setups are built to hold their structure across a full trading day — eight to twelve hours — under normal indoor or outdoor conditions. Outdoor setups in direct UAE sun may experience some colour fade or size reduction in extreme heat. We advise on the most durable setup configuration for outdoor locations.

Question 6

Do you offer shop opening decoration for restaurants and salons specifically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly decorate restaurant openings, café launches, salon inaugurations, and spa openings across Dubai. The setup format and colour palette are tailored to the business type and brand positioning. Contact us over WhatsApp with your business type for a specific package recommendation.

Question 7

Can you remove the decoration after the opening day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Post-event removal is available on request. Confirm at booking whether you want the decoration to remain up beyond opening day or be removed on the same evening. We coordinate removal timing to suit your trading hours.

Question 8

Is same-day shop opening decoration available in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

Subject to team availability, yes. For same-day bookings, WhatsApp us immediately with your location and required setup time. Standard packages can be assembled same-day; custom brand-colour setups require at least 24 to 48 hours for stock sourcing.
