Floor balloons. Loose balloons distributed across the floor. Sounds simple but it's what makes a room feel transformed rather than just decorated in one corner. Volume matters - 30 balloons looks like decoration, 100 balloons looks like immersion.
Rose petals. Real or high-quality artificial. On the bed in heart shapes, scattered across the floor leading to the focal wall, sometimes forming initials or names. Premium setups use real petals.
The focal wall. Heart balloon installation, foil lettering ("Happy Anniversary," "Marry Me," names), or a full backdrop. This is where photos get taken.

A growing share of room decoration bookings are for hotel rooms. Couples book a staycation, or one partner surprises the other at a hotel they've checked into. Hotel-specific things worth knowing:
Permission is mandatory. Most hotels require advance notice and a confirmation from the room booker. Some charge a setup fee on top of our package price.
LED candles only. Real candles are prohibited in almost every UAE hotel room. We use high-quality LED that looks similar in low light.
No taping or wall installation. Hotel staff watch this carefully. We use freestanding stands and methods that don't damage surfaces.
Timing. We typically install while the couple is at dinner or out. Concierge is our point of contact.
Removal. Most hotels prefer that we collect the heavier installation pieces (large backdrops, freestanding stands) the same night or the following morning. Smaller items like balloons stay with the couple.

Same-Day Room Decoration Booking in Dubai & Abu Dhabi
