Welcome to BalloonDekor. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of balloondekor.ae and any booking of decoration services made through our website, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. By accessing our website or confirming a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of our platform and services immediately. BalloonDekor reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and the most current version will always be available on balloondekor.ae.

About Us

BalloonDekor is a professional balloon decoration and event styling service operating across the United Arab Emirates. We deliver and set up custom balloon decoration for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, corporate events, proposals, and all celebrations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Eligibility

By using balloondekor.ae or placing a booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under UAE law. If you are booking on behalf of another individual or a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that the booking party agrees to these terms.

Bookings and Confirmation

A booking with BalloonDekor is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email, along with payment of the agreed advance or full amount. Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quote does not constitute a confirmed booking. BalloonDekor reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion, including in cases of unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or logistical constraints. In such cases, any advance payment received will be refunded in full. You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details provided - including the event date, venue address, setup time, colour preferences, and any specific requirements - are accurate at the time of confirmation. BalloonDekor is not liable for setups that do not meet expectations due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted by BalloonDekor are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are valid at the time of quotation only. Prices are subject to change without notice and any confirmed booking will be honoured at the rate agreed at the time of confirmation. Full or partial advance payment is required to secure your booking slot. BalloonDekor accepts bank transfers, cash, and other payment methods as communicated during the booking process. Any additional costs arising from last-minute changes, additional materials, or extended setup time will be communicated before they are incurred and must be settled on the day of the event.

Setup and Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring that BalloonDekor's team has clear and unobstructed access to the venue at the agreed setup time. This includes arranging visitor passes for gated communities, informing building management where required, and ensuring the setup space is cleared and ready for decoration. Delays caused by access issues, elevator unavailability, or an unprepared venue that affect the setup timeline are not the responsibility of BalloonDekor and will not entitle the customer to a discount or refund.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled setup time are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment. Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of the setup may be eligible for a partial refund at BalloonDekor's discretion. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the setup or after our team has departed for the venue are not eligible for a refund. Modification requests, including changes to date, time, venue, or decoration theme, must be submitted as early as possible and are subject to availability and feasibility at the time of the request.

Intellectual Property

All content on balloondekor.ae including photographs, videos, design concepts, and written content is the property of BalloonDekor and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or any booking made with BalloonDekor shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
